This condo is clean, comfortable and not far from the beach. It is a little ways. (about a 10 minute or so walk) away from the action on the Malecon which was okay with me. I enjoyed the walk along the beach to get there and didn't have the noise that a facility on the Malecon might have had. There was some noise there due to construction of the road in front, but that should be over soon. I would stay here again!

ps. It is a little hard to find since the roads in this area are not marked. Taxi drivers are a little confused when you try to explain where it is.
