Upstairs, there's a second floor sitting room/office area and spectacular views from almost everywhere in the house. This spacious home is a great getaway for multiple couples. For safety reasons, it is advised that guests staying in this home be 16 years of age or older. The main suite features a king bed, fireplace, and a deck. The attached bathroom is huge and contains a Jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower. On the opposite side of the house are two other large rooms, one with a queen bed, that share a large bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another bedroom downstairs with a California king, beautiful ocean views, and an adjacent bathroom. Up to six guests can stay here comfortably. Downstairs, the living room/dining room is open onto an expansive deck with an unobstructed view of the waves crashing onto Black Point. *Please note that there are active security cameras on-site. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
