We had an amazing stay - the scenery is breathtaking and the privacy of the cabin made for a fabulous birthday weekend for my honey. The deers sleeping in the tree's right off the back porch was a nice touch too!!!

We spent 4 days in the cottage and enjoyed every moment. Very cosy, has all it needs, is remote, dog friendly etc etc It was perfect for our Xmas getaway and driving into Leadville is easy, and there, there is a sled hill, which gave our son all the snow and fun he needed

We had a wonderful time!!! The place is pristine with a gorgeous architectural design that will leave even the harshest critic in awe. It’s secluded and allows for all the privacy in the world. The views are phenomenal! Mt. Princeton hot springs are close by.

We had an outstanding time at this property. It was a little out of the way and on the other side of the river from main street and the busy section of Buena Vista. Very quiet and secluded. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Great views of the Collegiate Peaks from the back porch. Will stay here again.

We had a great vacation at the cabin and consider it to be the best rental house we have ever stayed in. The cabin is very private and has amazing views. Yet it is easy to find and the road into town passing through the tunnels is a real pleasure to drive on. The log construction gives the cabin a lot of character and authenticity. The kitchen is modern and very functional and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Lisa was a great host. She gave us lots of suggestions to enjoy the Buena Vista and Salida area. We will definitely be back to this amazing part of Colorado.

Wonderful spot about 15 minutes from downtown Buena Vista. Clean, cozy cabin vibes. Comfortable beds. Kind and easy communication with host. Clear check in/out instructions. Dirt road required. Radon fan (I think) is a little loud if you are enjoying the lounge chairs outside for the incredible view. Overall a really fantastic stay. Thank you so much!
