I didn’t realize that I was booking a hotel suite exactly….even though this was a Staybridge. I thought maybe the suites were owned rentals or we would get a better rate or extra perks for booking with Leavetown. Property was fine, but because we booked through vrbo we overpaid several hundred dollars more than if we had booked directly with the hotel. And we didn’t get any extras or perks for booking with vrbo. Bare bones hotel, thin towels, no maid service..
Side note: we were told to mention Leavetown Vacations at the front desk to check in- hotel front desk had no idea what I was talking about….which made this whole thing feel even sketchier.
