i usually don't review, but I feel there are several things that need to be addressed. First all the steps and entrance to the property were covered with bird droppings all over, looked like the outside steps and entrance has never been cleaned. When we arrived, there were wet towels in the dryer, and dishes were still in the dishwasher. The dryer does not shut totally so we had to put tape on the door to hold it shut, and we did a load of laundry, the washer sounds like a freight train even with the door to the facility shut. I really think but the washer and dryer need to be replaced or checked over. The other disappointment was there was a gas grill for our use, but when my husband was grilling the gas tank ran empty so I contacted the property owner to ask if there was another tank, she said no and was very short. We never replaced the propane, did not feel this was our responsibility. Grill was very dirty, overall the outside of the property was not clean at all. The instructions for the Pass Code card for pool, was not in the location which was stated in the binder in the home, once we found the card the hanging slot was broken so could not hang card up.

Condo was clean and pleasant. We loved the binder with all the local and community information. Would stay again, thank you!

The location and amenities were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again! My only complaints are 1) the lighting on the stairs did not work nor did it work in the carport so we had some problems navigating the stairs, to the point my youngest tripped down them. I did contact the owner and she was great and advised she would contact maintenance but no one ever showed to fix it. We bought flashlights to use while we were there. 2) the dryer does not remain closed for drying. We ended up having to buy duct tape to keep it shut to get our clothes to dry. I did NOT contact them about the dryer as we were able to quick fix the issue no problem. While both issues were slightly inconvenient, the other things the unit provided outweigh the negative for sure. It wouldn’t keep us from staying! We loved it and the people were all so welcoming and nice!

Nicely decorated, perfectly cleaned & spacious enough for 2 couples. Views of water & birds was gorgeous. We were close to the sites we planned to visit, so it worked out great. The only negative was that we had missed the fact, apparently noted in the amenities write up, that the host does not provide bed pillows. Otherwise, the place was wonderful.

Perfect condo to come home to after hours of fishing on lake everyday. Already looking at booking for 2023

Perfect location for all of the birding hotspots during the festival. Home was clean, comfortable, and quite. Great view of the marsh and lake from the living room and dining area. Would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone.

Nice place clean and cozy. Good for 2 couples since it has two separate baths. Hot water is a little touchy if 2 people bath at once. Bring your own pillows was a little different but it is Covid times so not a big deal

Nice pier close to great fishing. Place was clean and owner answered questions quickly.

Very nice place. Clean comfortable and nicer than most of the other condos at the place. Very well equipped with all the essentials. Can’t really complain about much. Boat slip did not have electricity unlike some others. FYI to fisherman. Sleeps four adults great with 2 bathrooms. What more would do you need

My wife and I, along with my Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law stayed here two nights last weekend. We were here for a fishing charter and to also do the tourist thing in the area for a couple days. Very nice accommodations that worked out nicely for us. Nice furnishings, appliances, and decor. Pleasantly surprised.
