View of the river, beautiful, inside home, clean and nice. Yard and decking needs improvements and hot tub not in working condition. Peir could use a ladder to access the river.

We were very pleased with all the accommodations, we had plenty of bedrooms and every thing was well stocked. Made the Caddo lake experience very pleasant w it's location.

This is an older home that has updated furniture and decor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need. Bathroom includes amenities with extra touches like qtips and cotton squares. However, the highlight of the home is the location and the deck. We spent most of our time out on the upper deck. Covered patio provided shade from the heat yet open area gave us a beautiful spot to get some sun and enjoy sunrise with our breakfast. Owner recommended a boat tour with Captain Aaron. We second this recommendation. So glad we went. We never even turned on the TV. Enjoyed a quite relaxing few days.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The house is so well furnished with everything anyone could need. The best place to hang out is their magnificent back deck area overlooking Big Cedar Bayou. We spent so much time with that beautiful backdrop and happy family vibes. It was our parent's 65th Wedding Anniversary and we had plenty of spaces to add some decor, cook over a nice grill, and watch the sunrise and sunsets together. It was a really special trip with my family and we loved it!

Property had everything we needed. The deck was our favorite part.

Enjoyed very much our stay. If I had a complaint it would be only that the wifi is slow, in/out. (Not the fault of the property). Sisters had a fun time. And we all love Jefferson. Have been many times.

We fly free and could’ve gone anywhere, but sometimes it’s just too much of a hassle. A couple of hours from DFW and an easy drive. No frills but peaceful and quiet with a nice view. The lakehouse was cozy. We had everything we needed.

Very nice. Would be great in summer with such close access to bayou.

Good location! Despite the cooler weather we were able to enjoy the outdoors on the deck. The living areas are good and the bedrooms plentiful. The owner was easy to work with. Our only complaint is that the showers could be updated.
