Absolutely loved the enclosed porch/family room with all those windows letting the outside in! We spent most of our indoor time there. Beautiful place to watch the sunrise over the lake while having our coffee. The entire property was comfortable with all the comforts of home and very well maintained.

Sunrise was spectacular , comfortable , large fenced in yard , had a great time . Lake is down so utilizing the boat slips was impossible but hey no big deal .

We spent a few days kayak fishing Caddo Lake and this property is at a great location! The house was clean, well prepared for guests, and comfortable. We were able to pull our kayaks down to the shoreline and easily launch at a low point. The huge tree in the backyard provides plenty of shade and a great view of the lake!

From my elder in laws to my kids, everyone enjoyed a relaxing few days by the lake. The kids got to throw a hook in the water while their grandparents watched from the porch. Perfect place for all ages!!

This was outstanding for our family of 5 adults plus dogs! It has character, it is a mix of the old and the new. It is extremely comfortable. My wife and adult children loved the view from the sun porch room. It rained so we played games and watched some movies together. The weather gave us a chance to cook and sit down and eat together and catch up. The hostess was incredible! She helped me get a birthday bouquet delivered to the house for my wife. A great time and a great place regardless of the weather. We went on a swamp tour, a winery visit and meal, and shops in Jefferson. Thank you for the wonderful space for us to create a wonderful memory! Bruce

After a 7 hour drive, it was nice to relax at this house on the lake. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The lake view is nice. We had a great time.

The house was perfect for us. Beautiful view and a place our dog could run around and chase the squirels plus great bird watching!

A group of 5 ladies needed a get-away weekend, and Caddo Lake was perfect for us! We enjoyed cooking together, sitting outside and listening to the birds, and just looking at the lake while we were on the property. We also enjoyed Caddo Lake State Park that was a short drive, and a boat tour that was also a short drive. We plan to return again. Thank you to Rebecca for her attentiveness to our questions, she was a great host!
