This was my family's second stay at this beautiful condo. It's always a bit of a gamble to go back to a place you've stayed because you just hope it's going to be as good the second time as it was the first... well, it was! We found ourselves repeatedly saying how glad we were that we booked this condo again and here are just some of the reasons: General: The condo is very clean and well-kept. Location: Near the back of the complex so it is quiet and relaxing, with no competition for the grill located just steps away, but just a very short walk to the pool and a teeny bit longer walk to Kamaole Beach 2 which is pretty much the perfect place for all beach-related pastimes. Sunsets at Kam 2 are amazing and if you are lucky enough to be there for whale season- WOW! This condo is also conveniently located near several shops and restaurants (including the world famous Moose McGillicuddy's). Amenities: The condo has everything you'll need in the kitchen and then some. There are plenty of towels for the bathroom as well as a few beach towels for guest use. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs in the living and bedrooms, pull-out couch, comfy recliners, comfortable bed, fans in the living and bedrooms, and most importantly, a very quiet and comfortable lanai where you can sit in the evenings and watch the geckos run about! There is a storage closet on the lanai that has all kinds of great beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, mats, and some snorkeling gear. The ground floor location makes coming and going very simple Owners: Mike and Z. are great communicators and all rental details were handled quickly and clearly. They provide all of the information you need to make your stay wonderful. We will absolutely plan to stay at this condo anytime we return to Kihei!

We were lucky enough to spend 12 days here. The unit is cozy, has everything you need and is so close to everything. We walked across the street to the beach morning and for sunsets. Fred’s and Moose’s are right next door. Short drive to food land. And if you know Kihei, nothing is very far. Z and Nike were very helpful when we had a question. Great hosts, we will definitely be back.

We arrived late in the evening, and were tired from flying all day. Even though our GPS was a bit confused, we found the location easy. They were very clear with directions on retrieving the keys, and we were quickly inside and resting. In the morning we quickly fell in love with the area. Once we stepped outside in the morning, we were greeted with an amazing view of Haleakala. It was a short walk to Kamaole Beach II. The water was crystal clear and it was always nice being greeted by sea turtles as they swam back and forth (almost 3 an hour). There is a great selection of food nearby, and plenty of shopping in the area. The condo was nice and neat. If we ever get a chance to return to Hawaii, this will definitely be our go to spot.

Firstly, the location was within walking distance to three great beaches, local shopping and great restaurants. This newly renovated condo was a "Home away from Home" with a "Wow" factor. The grounds were well maniquered with a lovely pool, hot tub and BBQ. Every detail in beach accessory from boogie boards, to snorkling gear to beach chairs etc. was at your disposal for a great day at the beach. We will come back again!!!

Mike and Z have a great condo. Kitchen well stocked, clean, quiet and close to the beach. The pool was nice and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Z promptly responded to my e-mails and had good information on places to go and things to see! Hope I can come back and stay again. Debra

If you’re looking for a no-hassle Maui experience, this property is a great choice. The convenience begins prior to your stay - the owners provide detailed check-in / check-out instructions. They even contacted me shortly after my evening arrival, to ensure check-in went smoothly. The condo is very tastefully furnished, in a quiet location facing the rear of the property. It is conveniently located for strolling to local beaches, restaurants, grocery and (most important for me) – morning coffee! Best of all, the owners have provided all the major amenities you need for a tropical getaway. There’s a well-organized assortment of beach chairs, boogie boards and other water toys. No need to rent or purchase beach basics. I definitely plan to book future getaways there. The owners provide superior service, and their condo’s location and amenities make for a relaxing stay.

We stayed with our 20month old and the size and location were perfect for us. The condo was equipped with all the amenities you would need for a stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, A/C in the living room was strong enough to cool the entire unit, and kitchen had all the utensils and gadgets you would need. The beach toys and furniture were generous and more than you'd need. Everything from new umbrellas and chairs, toys for the kids, and body boards for others. Also, the shower was strong enough to wash off any remaining sand from the beach. The exterior grounds are well kept and although security didn't feel like an issue, security was well visible at night. During the day, you can watch the many geckos along the sidewalk, enjoy the chattering of various birds late in the afternoon and watch butterflies hop from flower to flower. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and refreshing. The location was also perfect for us. You could walk to breakfast at Cafe 808 next door, have the best plate lunch at Da Kitchen and have a nice dinner at Cafe O'Lei. And afterwards, you can grab some drinks at Moose's right next door. You can walk across to Kam I, II, and III beaches, or for us, take a 2 minute drive to Charlie Young beach (just north of Kam I) for a larger area for the kids. For stocking the condo, Foodland is 6 mins away and Whalers General is right next door. And even though the condo is located the main street, it is set far back so there is no road or other noise. We can't wait to return!

We are home now. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your paradise condo, kKN-162. It has everything you could possibly need, I appreciate the well stocked kitchen, sorry that I did not have a chance to cook in it during our very short stay. We loved the fresh paint and modern furnishing throughout. I appreciated the in house washer/dryer. How convenience is that?The king bed was soft and comfy (thank you)! For the value, we were surprised by all the nice amenities, fresh towels/linens, lots of beach goodies also. Your condo is spacious, quiet, and the location is perfect, very short, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Mike and Z, you certainly have the best condo in the best building of KKN. We loved that it sits on a green grassy mini hill. My husband loved sitting and relaxing in the patio outside - watching the pretty little birds eating, looking at the lovely Plumeria trees and flowers in bloom and lastly, snoozing off into his own world! BTW, you have very friendly neighbors too! We would definitely come back and stay longer next time. We would highly recommend your home away from home paradise to our friends. This condo was perfectly located in a quiet area and perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants! The unit was better than the pictures, the shower was spotless and newly renovated. Comfy bed, A/C in the unit and everything you need to be comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be back! Host were responsive and provided helpful tips, Thank you!
