Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen den Skigebieten Sölden und Gurgl, der Skibus ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist des Weiteren schön eingerichtet, hat dazu zwei Bäder mit eigener Toilette. Kurzum: Perfekt für schöne Skitage im Ötztal!

Lieu très calme, et accessible en bus (gratuit). Nous avons passé 7 jours superbes. On aurait du skier pas seulement à Solden mais aussi sur les stations supérieur de la vallée

Location was good for us as it was close enough to drive to Solden for shopping but away from crowds. The were a few restaurants within walking distance. Any higher up the mountain and we would have needed snow chains. However the free and regular bus service for guests of the area was great. Make sure you know which stop you'll need so you don't get off too early, like we did. Even though only a few hundred metres from bus stop, the walk with ski boots etc was not comfortable, but hey, you're going skiing! Apartment a bit too small for family of five, fold out couch was not comfortable at all for our 19 year old. Kitchen also tiny but well equipped. Nice having the bath to soak tired muscles in! Housemaster John was always around and helpful with anything we needed to check.

Apartment was very good, clean and spacious ,although I would have preferred a slightly bigger kitchen it was fine for what we needed. Location was great for visiting the alps and although no shops in the village there were plenty in Solden less than 5 mins drive away. TV also had some English channels.

Spent almost 2 weeks in this well equipped, bright, modern apartment for skiing and exploring. We skied Obergurgl/Hochgurgl, which were both fantastic in terms of snow and infrastructure and no lift lines! Did not even ski Solden as all reports were of "crazy busy"!. The free ski bus was fantastic and only a short walk away from the door. There are a couple of very good restaurants in Zwieselstein, but no grocery shopping or other amenities. It is only a short drive to Solden or Obergurgl though. All contact with the owner was great and the caretaker John was very helpful and a good guy! The only drawback to the apartment was the exceptionally tiny kitchen. Even though it is well equipped, the stove is only a 2 burner and just enough room for one person and no counter space. We made it work though, but something to keep in mind if you are doing your own cooking. All in all a great place and would definately recommend it.

Schibus-Haltestelle nur 200m Meter entfernt, viele Verbindungen nach Sölden und Obergurgl. Hausmeister John, nett und lustig, hilft gerne. Apartment wie beschrieben, neuwertige Ausstattung, gute Betten (das Doppelbett ist etwas schmal), gute Küchenausstattung, Küche jedoch sehr klein. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Schikeller mit Schistiefelheizung. Sehr sauber, tolle Bäder.

WOW! Absolutely perfect! I have stayed a few times in this apartment now. Both with a group of friends and just me and my partner. Both times were as good as each other. The house has a ski room in the basement and the caretaker John was a knight in shining armour from the moment we arrived to when we left. Both bathrooms are a good size and the living room is very homely. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this to anyone. Right between Solden and Obergurgl, the apartment is in an ideal location for both ski resorts (approx 10 mins to both) with an abundance of ski runs for beginners and the seasoned professionals.

Sauber, gepflegt, genug Platz! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Klasse war, dass wir die Brötchen morgens direkt zur Zimmertür geliefert bekamen. Ruhiger Standort und dennoch in wenigen Minuten in Sölden.

A beautiful, well kept apartment. Very welcoming and provides all the facilites you need during a short or extended stay. Easily sleeps 5 people. Well located with minimal drive times to both Obergurgl-Hochgurgl and Solden. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity which is free for skiers. I stayed for 4 nights over late Nov/early Dec 2014 and loved every minute. Caters perfectly for a group of friends or a family stay. 100% reccomended and will definitely be staying again! Thanks!

Just back from a Christmas week skiing. Great communication with owner leading to booking and also after, with tips about restaurants etc. Apartment very well located for Solden and Obergurgl - we skied in both and drove to free parking by lifts but plenty of folk used free ski bus from Zwieselstein. Apartment itself exactly as described on website. Warm, plenty spacious enough for 4 adults and well equipped. We cooked every night in small but quality kitchen. John, resident housemeister, seemed always around and the block felt very secure. No hesitation in recommending area for skiing and apartment.
