The property was exactly as described and even more lovely than we expected. It really felt like a home away from home. The concierge, Olga, was super helpful with information, booking excursions and organizing a private chef for one of our evenings. The private chef, Luis, was absolutely fantastic! It was just our family, me, my spouse and two children. We all had our own spaces and the rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The outdoor pool and patio were just ideal, with a lovely salt water pool, which we made use of almost everyday. The house is located just a 10 minutes drive away from Tamarindo and beautiful beaches. The real treat was on our last day, the howler monkeys came close enough to the property for us to observe them really well! But we also had a resident patio Iguana and too many hummingbirds to keep count. We would definitely recommend this property and would return again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our family. The home is beautiful and pool is perfect. One afternoon we had a magical moment as a troop of monkeys made their was through the trees in the backyard and stayed to munch on leaves. The location is perfect. A short, easy drive to Tamarindo but far enough away to feel peaceful. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property that was a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, depending on traffic. We stayed 5 nights. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. We very much enjoyed the pool and nature (lizards, monkeys, hummingbirds, insects, and flora.) Check-in was challenging: finding the house (a pin was dropped but it was slightly off and the roads are in rough shape.) The upstairs AC struggled and the last night we all slept downstairs. There were a few issues that were resolved immediately by the local host. He was very quick to respond to texts. Perfect if you are looking for a place out of the way but still close to the action.

Loved EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Great place to stay! Had a issue with the fridge when we arrived, was resolved within 10 minutes of contacting the property manager. (Someone in the neighborhood takes care if issues, so immediate response.). Kitchen was fantastic & baths were wonderful, pool is amazing,! Howler Monkeys we’re our alarm clocks! Loved the outdoor showers too! We definitely plan to go back to Tamarindo, and to stay at this property again!

We were looking for a place to stay as there were soooo many options in Costa Rica. When me and my best friend seen this home we completely stopped and immediately booked this one. Such a beautiful home she really thought out every single detail from the extra beach towels, the washer and dryer to the seasonings! There were so many. The home was BEAUTIFUL and so clean and the pool is enough to keep you occupied. This was an amazing trip with my boyfriend and my best friend and her husband and our close mutual friend. She gave us a home that provided us with memories that will last a lifetime.

We were between a rock and a hard place when the first home we had rented for the entire week of Thanksgiving lost electricity. No electricity mean no AC and no water. When the electricity had not been restored after 36 hours, we decided we had no choice but to relocate. With less than a few hours notice, Giannina had us all fixed up with a fabulous place to stay for the rest of our stay in Costa Rica. The house is amazing and literally had everything we might have needed. We had a private chef come in and prepare a fabulous meal for Thanksgiving and ate poolside. Should we ever return to Costa Rica, Giannina's place will be our number one choice for sure!

The best of both worlds. A quiet, private home close to the fun and activity of Tamarindo. Beautiful home and pool. With frequent visits from howler monkeys. Olga, Jose and Marianna made out visit most enjoyable.
